In and ideal world the lab for this class would be a serious widget building opportunity. Unfortunately building widgets is fraught with many challenges and what we need to do is get you familiar with equipment and measurement skills so in future courses you can build cool widgets that do fun things. In the meantime we will do some very modest circuit building and explorations as we check out how our textbook ideas actually look in the flesh. It never works out a simply as it seems like it should.......
